I agree with another reviewer that Hatch44 has great potential. My wife and I came early on a Sunday and were able to get a table right away. I ordered a Mexican omelet with a chorizo mixture that was absolutely delicious. My wife's vegan and ordered the tofu scramble, which was really bland. Also, the roasted potatoes that came with both breakfasts were not seasoned well.
I would like to come back, but the chefs have to work on seasoning their food and trying to liven up the tofu scramble
Hatch44 Cafe was amazing. Service was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive. Food was delicious and served relatively quick. It was hard to choose what to eat, everything sounded yummy. Would definitly go back and recommend to others.
The potential is there. The venue is nice. The items on the menu all sound delicious, but the execution was where it was a little mixed. The skirt steak was tender and prepared perfectly but there was no butter on the toast nor any given. The avocado on the avocado toast didn't seem very fresh and the greens that came with it looked kind of sad and deflated. Could have just been a busy/off day due to the holiday. Definitely worth another shot sometime in the future. Without the minor miscues it would be a very nice place.
Great food in a super cute setting. Menu is not standard fare, but it was a nice change! Love the sustainability and local fare philosophy. Service was excellent. It is not a big place, so we went on a weekday to avoid a crowd. Looking forward to going back again!
I gotta say hatch44 cafe i one of the most delicious cafes I've ever eaten at. The wait for our food was long but i was told that each meal was prepared per order so i was patient. The service was Helpful and kind , i love that if my server was busy tending to a table the others did not hesitate to help me get the best service. All in all , their food is amazing, the staff is so friendly, and the decor and environment give off such a cozy vibe its worth the wait!
