BEST CAR WASH EVER!!! The manager, Mr. Anderson went out of his way and spent extra time helping me out as my car is in horrible condition. Very friendly extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend..... Thank you!
The will actually vacuum and wipe the interior for barely more than just an unmanned automatic wash. Very good and thorough.
They get your car nice and clean for a good price. I went very early on a Saturday morning, just as the crew was starting up. The line was already forming but it moved pretty fast. I was very pleased with the job they did. I would go here again.
I was told that my service would take 20 to 30 minutes... 1 hour later I am told they are finishing up after asking about my vehicle for the third time. When I get to my vehicle my windows are still dirty, my dash wasn't cleaned well and worst of all my seats were still wet. When I questioned the guy he told me that it would dry in 2 to 3 hours and the seats would be clean. Keep in mind that I paid an additional $40 to have them shampoo the seats to get a stain out. When my seat dried, the original stain was gone but there was another stain due to the seats air drying as I drove. Smh. I will never use this service again and I will not recommend it. When I spend my hard earned money, I expect results no matter how much it costs.
Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Please read some of the negative reviews from the last few months. They are spot on. I just canceled my monthly membership today, not because it's expensive but because I am tired of all the negative interaction just trying to get my car washed. Yes, I did say "just asking to have my car washed." This is a car wash, correct? My car was never properly cleaned here. Not once. Each time I complained I was told that "you have to ask to have that cleaned". Literally. So, in the spirit of following directions (to get my car washed of course), I had to ask for the following: please clean my windows, please vacuum the rug, please wipe the dash, please clean the rims, please dry my mats before putting them back in the car, and last but not least I was told by the owner today that the reason the back of my SUV had dirt left all over it is, you guessed it, I have to ask for that. Mind you, I was not paying $53 a month for a basic service. It was Full Service. Do not spend a dime here. If anyone wants to open up a quality wash within a few miles radius of this one you will do amazingly well. Guaranteed. They are horrible and the owner seems unfazed by feedback.
