Just now my 4.5 year old had normal hair cut and that lady put a cut on my son's left ear. When the hair cut finished I checked and showed it to her. No reaction !! She just said the machine which we use might have done. Silly answer. Never going there again. They just don't care. Don't ever take children there.
Absolutely horrible staff. They do what they please with your hair, and honestly they are very unprofessional.
It's very busy place and most of time you waiting , appointment is not worth it, as it's not accurate check in time
You really can't walkin. You can't call for an appointment, they INSIST that you MUST do it online because "corporate wants it that way. Take it up with corporate." You can't get an appointment online.-there's no place on the website to do it. You have to download the app. For a service I'm using 2x a year? Nah.

They have an app to help you sing up and see wait time... but if you are looking for a particular person it's better to call to find availability then sign up online... your sign up will expire within 30min (not sure)
It depends who cut your hair, you may get satisfied. But usually it's it's about quick turnover for them...
