She really helped us make smart decisions for our budget but made sure we had the amenities and upgrade opportunities any honeymooners would hope for. We ran into trouble with our flight (mechanical issues) on the first leg of our trip causing us to miss a day in Hawaii. Nancy and Bill were very responsive, despite the time difference (we were stuck in LA). They guided and advised us and helped make a stressful situation better. After consulting with them, we had a clear picture of what was going to happen in order to get on the next flight. And, we were able to make up that lost day at the end of our trip. We just returned from our honeymoon, an African safari spanning four countries and involving multiple flights. This was a complicated trip that could only be put together by a truly professional agency. This was our seventh vacation organized by Classic Travel. We have been to such varied destinations as Costa Rica, Ireland, and Switzerland. I have referred them to many people, including my parents, and all of them have had nothing but praise upon their return. While each trip has been a very different experience, the one similarity between them all has been that they consistently exceeded our expectations. It’s easy to trust their recommendations because they have experienced most of them first hand. I have traveled mostly on higher end vacations, but the few portions we wanted to spend less or be more casual they still had wonderful recommendations.
